What is your Life Score?

Are you living an A+ life or a dismal D-?

Everything get’s a score, a grade, an assessment, so why not your own life? Is it not worth the effort? Your life is your most important project!

You should at least give it as much attention as you give a client project or a prospective client.

“You can’t improve what you don’t measure.”

I created a simple, grading rubric that you can use to grade your life in areas that are important.

Use it regularly, at least 2x per year.

I use mine every 3 weeks as a check-in to my goals.

This keeps me on track and I get ~17 check-ins per year.

As long as you are consistent in your own practice…

The benefits are massive.

What if you actually achieved your New Year resolutions?

What if you actually achieved them in a month instead of 12 and then could set new ones? What progress could you stack up over the years?

Treat your life like a serious work project and the progress you make is ridiculous.

You can’t focus on everything at once.

The guide I created helps you choose the one area that would help you most right now.

Trying to change too much is a great way to become discouraged and lose focus.

Try honestly assessing your life score regularly to see how you are progressing with this simple concept.
