I’m so happy you’ve found something that works — I was the same way until I found IF. I have also done longer fasts to get unstuck from plateaus and do a mini-reset from time to time.
It’s hard to know what “real” hunger is to you or me since it’s seems more subjective. I would conduct your own experiments, take notes and learn what you like and what works. It seems you’ve already done that a bit with your 16:8 + 1 24h fast per week, so that’s awesome.
