Actually, if you ask people who have changed from having ‘’normal’’ diets to being vegan you might be surprised to find out that they’ve tried many great things since then and they’ve tasted so many foods they never knew of before.

I agree 100%. I was mostly vegetarian for about 2 years before becoming fully vegan in May. I have never tried more spices, plants, fruits, herbs and tasty combinations than in these last 6 months. Going vegan has been a huge boon for adventuresome cooking and eating in our house and we love it.
