In order of importance:

1. A starving crowd

No matter your ability to sell, if you are the only one with food, you’ll be able to sell food. Find your starving crowd.

2. A compelling offer

Sell something people need, not something you need to educate them on.

3. Power of persuasion

Third most important are your selling skills. Without demand or a compelling offer, all you have left are your persuasion.
